THE MOST FAMILIAR STRANGER

When relationships break, detachment follows.
What we once thought we knew changes irreversibly.
People who were once familiar become strangers,
and places we once called home feel foreign.
These detachments shift existing dynamics between people
and shape new ones. Distances are now vivid,
almost tangible – like fictional walls between them
and us or even within ourselves.

Through Sound, Dance and Spatiality, this piece
explores and questions notions of Nationality,
Identity and Borders - a fluid anthology
of human relationships, their bonds and ruptures

In my music I try to combine
what is played live with what is
recorded in the studio, so the balance
between the electronics and
the acoutistic part is blurred.
A cognitive chimera is created,
a mirage that raises questions about
the importance of different elements
and the relationship between them.
